To ensure all above we are working with modern tools like KAN-BAN, DRUM BUFFER ROPE (DBR) and THEORY OF CONSTRAINT (TOC) along with the implementation of QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS).

UAPL has a fully equipped factory & qualified work force to manufacture and deliver quality products. The Quality Management Systems implemented at all levels in the process ensures consistency of the product quality. The various instruments & components used in the products are of standard & reputed makes only which ensures functional reliability of our products.

Enclosures: The enclosures (panel body) used for the panels are outsourced only from properly identified & selected capable fabricators as per requirement. Quality of enclosures is strictly monitored by a dedicated person & as per UAPL norms for quality standards. The design of panels is either provided by the customers or done by UAPL, if required. As per requirement of the customer we can supply enclosures made from CRCA Steel and Stainless Steel sheets. The CRCA steel sheet panels are either powder coated or painted as per the customer’s requirement.

PLC: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi & Selectron makes.

Switch-gears: Siemens, Schneider, L&T, GE & ABB.

Control Relay: Omron, OEN, IDEC & Paramount.

Parameter Indicators: Enercon, Selectron, Rishabh.

Timers: EAPL, Minilec.

Wires & Cables: Finolex, Polycab, LAPP etc.

Connectors & Terminals: Reputed makes - indigenous & imported.

Conduits: good quality make with high temperature resistant properties.

UAPL is also having an Import-Export License to facilitate importing of components & other parts as per need. We are importing connectors, terminals (from Delphi, Amp & Deutsch) and EMS Units/Engine Controller.

Major Projects Undertaken :

We at UAPL are geared up for and always ready to accept more challenging projects. Our efforts are directed to ensure Complete Customer’s Satisfaction by on time delivery of quality Products. We would like to mention few major projects completed by us which will give an idea about our capabilities.

1. PLC Automation Panel (in 2001) – for a SBCH Project requirement from Alfa Lavel- done complete engineering, manufacturing & testing for a set of 24 panels made of stainless steel with glass doors. Size of each panel was 1000 mm (L) x 2000 mm (H) x 600 mm (D). The project also required 300 number Distribution Panels and Junction Boxes, which were supplied by us.

2. Process Control Desk Panel (in 2004) – for a Project requirement from Tata Honeywelll for TISCO, Jamshedpur- done complete manufacturing & testing. Panel was 7.0 mtrs (L) x 2.5 mtrs (H) x 0.8 mtrs (D). We received 2 Repeat Orders from TISCO for similar panels.

3. 1250 Amp ACB LT Control Panel (in 2008) - 2 nos – for a Project requirement from Jagatjit Industries Ltd, Kapurthala (Punjab) - done complete engineering, manufacturing & testing. The panels were supplied in less than one month time. Size of each panel was 8.9 mtrs (L) x 2.2 mtrs (H) x 0.8 mtrs (D).

4. 1600 Amp ACB LT Control Panel (in 2009) – for a Project requirement from Jagatjit Industries Ltd, kapurthala (Punjab) - done complete engineering, manufacturing & testing. The panel was supplied within one month. Size of each panel was 9.0 mtrs (L) x 2.5 mtrs (H) x 0.8 mtrs (D).

I think nothing special in that day ,some where some one gives life and leaves life for some thing , for that why we should celebrate the day as lovers day in India ,our nation is a rich cultural and traditional nation we give more importance for our culture and tradition than anything ,specially religion’s ,especially for caste’s even if it is necessary we give up our life for the sake of society ….

Republic day a meaningfull day for the nations pride in reforming the constitution of "INDIA"...........HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY

26th January 1950 is one of the most important days in Indian history as it was on this day the constitution of India came into force and India became a truly sovereign state. In this day India became a totally republican unit. The country finally realized the dream of Mahatma Gandhi and the numerous freedom fighters who, fought for and sacrificed their lives for the Independence of their country. So, the 26th of January was decreed a national holiday and has been recognized and celebrated as the Republic Day of India, ever since.

Today, the Republic Day is celebrated with much enthusiasm all over the country and especially in the capital, New Delhi where the celebrations start with the Presidential to the nation. The beginning of the occasion is always a solemn reminder of the sacrifice of the martyrs who died for the country in the freedom movement and the succeeding wars for the defense of sovereignty of their country. Then, the President comes forward to award the medals of bravery to the people from the armed forces for their exceptional courage in the field and also the civilians, who have distinguished themselves by their different acts of valour in different situations.

To mark the importance of this occasion, every year a grand parade is held in the capital, from the Rajghat, along the Vijaypath. The different regiments of the army, the Navy and the Air force march past in all their finery and official decorations even the horses of the cavalry are attractively caparisoned to suit the occasion. The crème of N.C.C cadets, selected from all over the country consider it an honour to participate in this event, as do the school children from various schools in the capital. They spend many days preparing for the event and no expense is spared to see that every detail is taken care of, from their practice for the drills, the essential props and their uniforms.

The parade is followed by a pageant of spectacular displays from the different states of the country. These moving exhibits depict scenes of activities of people in those states and the music and songs of that particular state accompany each display. Each display brings out the diversity and richness of the culture of India and the whole show lends a festive air to the occasion. The parade and the ensuing pageantry is telecast by the National Television and is watched by millions of viewers in every corner of the country.

The patriotic fervor of the people on this day brings the whole country together even in her essential diversity. Every part of the country is represented in occasion, which makes the Republic Day the most popular of all the national holidays of India.
