The dependency of these electronic media become addiction and causes mental stress problems and along with this family problems even personal problems may causes heart diseases some times and lead to death ..

This stress acts on a person due to fear of failures at facing the problems. No man is perfect on this earth ,every one should face the death once at the end of life ..so be dare to face any kind of situation take every critical problem as a challenges, may you will win over it, some times may face off with failures ..but should think that every problems as challenges you have faced in your life may be winning or losing ..but be proud to that you have faced the challenges in life ..if we build our confidence our self there may not have any stress problems ..some one go for meditations, some go for counseling with psychiatrist ‘s ,but be prepare your self first to face the situation and choose to won it in your right way …your confidence will lead you to success always ..not more than anything gives you best solution rather than self confidence ..
So many young youths now a day attempting suicide ‘s its mainly because of lack of thinking ,dreaming targets without proper efforts and planning ,restriction to love affairs from the society and its rules abide by elders ,family problems ,personal health problems, educational failures, professional face off's, work stress and many more …

Even with all this encouragements , students and bachelors are facing so much face off's situations in the society its due to failures in examination and even not getting good marks and also an unemployment problems may lead them to take diversion for attempting suicides …
So don’t worry for all those failures hold your mental stress in that situations do meditation
and make some self counseling sit alone ,and make proper planning’s and discuss it with your elders for the solutions ..good thing comes in your way .when you think good always …
If your situation is too worse to go finding solution for your problems do any thing make some alternates ways to move forward in life if you couldn’t pass the exams for even putting efforts let it be just change the course ..or if not interested in changing course read yourself get the text books of the course and learn yourself become successful in life by applying it in your own way discover some new thing in life, why we need a degree certificate to certify our self, you are the designer of your own life ,you are the examiner of your own life ..this society is just like a mirror if you laugh it will also laugh at you ,if you contribute to society sure it will also award you with pleasure …
